Acoustic laminate panels in ferry terminal

LAMINATE SURFACE

Gustafs have produced perforated acoustic laminate panels to the new ferry terminal in Stockholm. The bespoke acoustic panels are cladding the corridors in the terminal with the purpose to absorb the sounds from travelers passing by. The lower parts of the wall claddings are mounted with Polman’s air handling units, designed to match our acoustic panel system.

A DURABLE SURFACE

The laminate surface is a perfect choice in areas where there is a lot of movement. The surface is more durable and easy to clean, while together with the panel it meets both acoustic and fire requirements for public environments.

Värtaterminalen is a boat terminal in Stockholm with passenger lines to Finland and Estonia. The terminal is about 16 000m² big and was opened in the summer of 2016.
