With the Capax MIX System, you can freely combine different Gustafs products — from veneered Linear Ribs and Blayde to soft Feltfon Ribs , Baffles, DNA etc. Mix widths, depths, materials, and colours to design unique linear expressions with perfect alignment. The system also integrates seamlessly with F-line LED profiles, allowing you to blend light, texture, and acoustics into one unified ceiling design.

The Ceiling Mix system offers a wide variety of compatible solutions. Width options range from Blayde 13 mm to Feltfon Linears 598 mm, allowing extensive design flexibility.

Spacing plays a key role in linear design. Varying and combining different spacing widths adds character and dimension to the ceiling. Wider gaps can create a calmer appearance, reduce material use, and often improve acoustic performance.

Spacing — and the colour within it — can dramatically influence the overall impression. That is why we offer a wide selection of coloured acoustic backings. The Mix installation system is designed to integrate these layers seamlessly, without affecting the rest of the installations process.

Lighting should enhance your design effortlessly. Gustafs F-LINE lighting can be easily added — either clicked into the ceiling spacings or fully integrated and recessed into Feltfon Baffles and similar elements.

Gustafs acoustics

Quality acoustics are achieved through the right balance of absorption, reflection, and diffusion. With the Linear Mix system, you can combine different Gustafs products — such as ribs, baffles, and Feltfon elements — to reach the desired acoustic result.

The performance depends on which products, dimensions, and spacings you choose, and can range from sound class C to A. By varying distances, depths, and materials within the same installation, you can fine-tune the room’s reverberation and create a rich, natural sound environment.

A zero footprint is our target

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do at Gustafs. It’s in our Swedish DNA to minimize environmental impact and take responsibility for future generations. Our production runs on 100% renewable energy, and our gypsum based products are made from 98 percent natural materials and up to 94 percent recycled content. All are free from flame retardants, added formaldehyde, and isocyanate binders.

Feltfon continues this commitment — produced with 100% fossil-free energy and made entirely from recycled PET bottles, it can itself be recycled multiple times.

A versatile installation system with many benefits

Capax is our unique aluminum profile installation system that provides you a concealed, reliable, quick and cost saving installation. The Quick-Up assembly system is a user friendly aluminum grid offering installation reliability and a perfect visual result. No tools are needed to assemble the interlocking components. A demountable version is available, ideal when access to the ancillary systems is required.
