Feltfon© Blox utilizes the user-friendly Capax installation system, available in designs for both walls and ceilings. With nine available rectangular dimensions in various depths, the Blox system provides the flexibility to craft an infinite array of distinctive designs. Engineered with Gustafs Acoustex©, Feltfon Blox is water-resistant, making it suitable for diverse wet public interiors, including swimming halls and spas. Functioning as a highly effective noise-cancelling solution, Feltfon© Blox achieves a fire class B-s1,d0 rating without requiring impregnations.

Gustafs Feltfon is made for public spaces. It has fireclassification B-s1,d0 – which means little or no contribution to fire.

The verticle spacing is 22 mm and the horizontal spacing is 27 mm.

Acoustex Felt – Green Acoustics made from rPET

A minimum of 50% recycled PET bottles, chipped into flakes and mixed with fresh PET material, are spun into Gustafs Acoustex felt. PET is very suitable to be re-processed and Feltfon Linear is a 100% recyclable solution.

Installation

Feltfon Blox is installed with the same capax system as Feltfon Linear and Feltfon Vector, which makes it easy to mix different models and create your own designs. The Capax Quick-Up installation system is available for both walls and ceilings. The Capax installation system for Feltfon Blox guarantees reliability and a perfect visual result.

Easy to install

Feltfon Blox is installed with Capax. Capax is our unique aluminium profile installation system that delivers a concealed, reliable, quick, and cost saving installation. The Quick-Up system is user-friendly and available for walls and ceilings. No tools are needed to assemble the interlocking components. Both the wall and ceiling system are demountable, ideal when access to the ancillary systems is required.
