The Capax Quick-Up installation system is available for walls and ceilings. The system is sturdy for use in high traffic environments, it grips multiple rib widths and is fully demountable.

CAPAX SYSTEM
The Capax installation system for Linear Feltfon guarantees reliability and a perfect visual result. No tools are needed to assemble the interlocking components. The system is fully demountable, ideal when access to the ancillary systems is required. The installation is flexible and variations regarding spacings or combinations of varying rib dimensions are easily achieved.
The installation profiles can be painted in colours matching the felts.
1. Attach the Capax BASE-WF profiles to the wall every 600 mm with the help of a laser-level. Every (2400 mm) Feltfon rib should be supported by 5 BASE-WF profiles with approximately 600 mm in between the supporting points.
2. The gripper sections in the BASE-WF profile must always be aligned, also when placing several BASE-WF profiles in line.
3. Optionally, install a layer Acoustex-9 between the profiles and inside the U shape of the BASE-WF profile.
4. Carefully press the Ribs to the gripper sections of the BASE-WF profile.
5. The in-line connection of 2 ribs should be secured by a BASE-WF profile.
6. Optionally, finish the installation with wooden in-fill strips.

Use a dry mop or vacuum to remove dust. Feltfon is approved for 70% alcohol products.
For greasy stains, fruit, wine and coffee, use synthetic cleaning fluid without ammoniac.
