Feltfon DNA has a three-dimensional wave pattern. With a large selection of colours, you have a wide range of options to bring your vision to life. Combine with Feltfon Linear Rib and other Feltfon Vector products.

A safe choice

Gustafs Feltfon System is specifically designed for public spaces, prioritizing safety and peace of mind. With its fire classification, B-s1,d0, this system makes little to no contribution to fire, ensuring a secure environment for all. Feltfon DNA is based on the Feltfon Linear Rib and installed on the same Capax system which means that the two products can be perfectly combined.

9 mm of felt thickness means 9 mm of air permeable material. Together with the hollow core, Feltfon DNA is a super absorber up to class A.

Break away from the flat pattern and unleash your creativity

Create fresh and exciting patterns or use DNA ribs as an accessory to complement your Feltfon Linear Rib installation. There are ten standard ribs in which the starting point of the wave shifts 50 mm for each rib. The ribs can also be turned 180 degrees to create twelve additional starting points for many pattern variations of undulating walls.

Insulation – Acoustex 9,0 – Sturdy acoustic felt for multiple use

Extremely form stable acoustic backing in a wide range of colours and with fire class B-s1,d0. Can be used as an individual sound absorber or integral as the acoustic insulation layer behind Gustafs Feltfon Linear system for walls or ceilings. Supplied in sheets in various formats. Contains minimum 50% recycled PET bottles and is approved by all international standards regarding indoor climate emissions. Thickness 9,0 mm.

Wooden in-fill strips for Feltfon Linear

Combine the wool look of Feltfon© with beautiful wooden in-fill strips. Available in the following dimensions (depth x width x length): 13 x 23 x 2400, 13 x 54 x 2400 and 13 x 85 x 2400 mm. The wooden in-fill strip leaves 10 mm of visible rib depth in combination with a 40 mm deep Feltfon© rib, 30 mm visible depth in combination with a 60 mm deep rib, etc. Choose from our palette of veneers.

Covers

Varying types of covers and windowsills are needed in almost any interior fitting project. Gustafs will perfectly match the correct specifications and needs for your project, as well as the surface and finish.

Plinths

Plinths are the definite finish of a rib installation, not only regarding a nice design but also concerning the protecting function, for example against wet floor cleaning. Contact us and we will fulfill the specifications of your project.

Installation Feltfon DNA

All Feltfon Linear, Feltfon Vector and Feltfon Blox are installed with the same Capax system which makes it easy to mix different models and create your own designs. The Capax Quick-Up installation system is available for both walls and ceilings. The Capax installation system for Feltfon guarantees reliability and a perfect visual result.

INSTALLATION

Easy to install

Capax is our unique aluminium profile installation system that delivers a concealed, reliable, quick, and cost saving installation. The Quick-Up system is user-friendly and available for walls and ceilings. No tools are needed to assemble the interlocking components. Both the wall and ceiling system are demountable, ideal when access to the ancillary systems is required.
