Feltfon Vector offers a choice between straight or curved lines, allowing you to create stunning cross-over rib designs. With a selection of six standard colors and three vibrant effect colors, you have a wide range of options to bring your vision to life.

Within the Feltfon Vector product group, you’ll find three new design patterns: Vector Intersection, Vector Curve, and Vector Slash. Each pattern offers unique and distinctive possibilities for creating captivating and dynamic wall designs. Create fresh and exciting patterns or use them as an accessory to complement your Feltfon Linear installation.

Feltfon Vector – Intersection

Unleash your creativity with Rib Intersection and craft a personalized touch. Experiment with various combinations, colors, and widths to design a visually unique experience that mirrors your style.

Discover the perfect blend of dimension and style for your walls, as the overlying Feltfon Rib rises 9mm higher, seamlessly embracing the underlying rib. This dynamic addition creates an enchanting break in the linear pattern, infusing depth into your wall.

The angle of the intersection matches the joint angle of Feltfon Slash.

02. CURVES

Feltfon Vector – Curves

Experience limitless creativity with Feltfon Vector Curves, allowing you to design custom curved patterns using Feltfon Linear as a base. Choose from two variants: 1/4 – Quarter curves and 1/2 – Semi-circles, each with inner and outer parallel curves of different radii. The width of the Curved rib and the underlaying Feltfon Linear ribs is 40mm.

The 1/4 Quarter curve connects to the side of a Feltfon linear rib, with the inner arc intersection 1 rib and the outer arc intersecting 2 ribs.
The 1/2 Semi-circle variant creates a 180-degree turn, with the outer arc crossing 4 straight ribs and the smaller inner arc crossing 2 straight Feltfon Linear rib.

Feltfon Vector – Slash

Feltfon Slash, inspired by Feltfon Linear, introduces diagonal rib connections. This enables you to blend colors and form patterns on your wall. The joint angle matches Feltfon Intersection, making them a seamless combination for endless design possibilities.

Acoustex Felt – Green Acoustics made from rPET

Gustafs Acoustex felt is crafted from a minimum of 50% recycled PET bottles, which are chipped into flakes and combined with fresh PET material. This innovative process ensures optimal reprocessing of PET, making it an environmentally-friendly choice. Furthermore, Feltfon Linear is a 100% recyclable solution, emphasizing its commitment to sustainability.

Feltfon Vector is based on the Feltfon Linear rib dimensions, with the intersecting rib being 9mm higher. This subtle difference in height enhances the visual impact of your designs. By mixing dimensions and patterns freely, you can achieve an exciting and personal expression on your wall. The only limit is your creativity.

A wide range of standard dimensions and cut angles let you design without having to re-invent the wheel.

Spacing

Using the Gustafs Quick-Up Capax System we recommend spacings of 22 mm for Feltfon Vector. But 53 mm, 84 mm, 115 mm, 146 mm, 177 mm, 208 mm, etc is also available.

Wooden In-fill strips

The Gustafs wooden in-fill strips are designed to be placed within the spacing between the felt ribs. Gustafs wooden in-fill strips are available in the following dimensions (depth x width x length): 13 x 23 x 2400, 13 x 54 x 2400 and 13 x 85 x 2400 mm
Wood species: American Oak / Knotty Oak / Birch / Ash / Walnut / Wild Oak Smoked and Wild Oak Grey.

F-Line – Linear lightning for Gustafs Felton Linear

Integral linear lightning solution for Gustafs Linear Feltfon System. Available in two versions; with decoration light and mainly used on walls and with full strength room lightning for ceilings. All F-Line solutions use a modern micro prismatic dimming in combination with high-quality LED light sources.

Acoustex 9,0 – Sturdy acoustic felt for multiple use

Extremely form stable acoustic backing in the colours Wool Grey, Dark Grey or Anthracite with fire class B-s1,d0. Can be used as an individual sound absorber or integral as the acoustic insulation layer behind Gustafs Feltfon Linear or Gustafs demountable Linear Ceiling-CD system. Supplied in sheets in various formats. Contains minimum 50% recycled PET bottles and is approved by all international standards regarding in-door climate emissions. Thickness 9,0 mm.

Wooden Infill strip for Feltfon Linear

Combine the wool look of Feltfon with beautiful wooden in-fill strips. Available in the following dimensions (depth x width x length): 13 x 23 x 2400, 13 x 54 x 2400 and 13 x 85 x 2400 mm. The wooden in-fill strip leaves 10 mm of visible rib depth in combination with a 40 mm deep Feltfon rib, 30 mm visible depth in combination with a 60 mm deep rib, etc. Wood species: American Oak / Knotty Oak / Birch / Ash / Walnut / Wild Oak Smoked and Wild Oak Grey.

Easy to install

Capax is our unique aluminium profile installation system that delivers a concealed, reliable, quick, and cost saving installation. The Quick-Up system is user-friendly and available for walls and ceilings. No tools are needed to assemble the interlocking components. Both the wall and ceiling system are demountable, ideal when access to the ancillary systems is required.
