Nyrenoverat kontor för en smartare arbetsplats

EN UPPDATERAD ARBETSPLATS

I början av 2017 var olyckan framme när Vattenfalls kontor i Umeå brann ner och fastigheten fick rivas. Under två års tid fick de anställda arbeta i tillfälliga lokaler i väntan på att återuppbyggnaden av företagets lokaler skulle bli färdig.

Drygt två år senare har samtliga anställda, närmare 500 stycken, fått flytta tillbaka till sitt nyrenoverade kontor som i och med renoveringen har uppdaterats till en smartare arbetsplats enligt konceptet för ”smarter working”. Konceptet innebär att ingen i personalen har bestämda arbetsplatser utan man kan fritt välja vilken miljö man vill arbeta i för dagen.

ETT FIKARUM MED TRÄPANELER

En av miljöerna som Gustafs har producerat träinredning till är den stora, ljusa och öppna pausytan i byggnaden. Väggarna har monterats med våra ribbor – Gustafs Linear Rib i ek-faner som anpassar akustiken i den stora ytan, samtidigt som installationen med ribbor i olika dimensioner skapar en levande trävägg i den öppna miljön

I korridorerna som ansluter till den öppna pausytan har även våra Plank-paneler, Linear Plank, installerats i undertaket i korridorerna. Även plankorna är tillverkade med ek-faner.
