The Panels are maintenance free, and the natural wood gives a warm impression and multiple design options. Simple and quick installation with screws, nails, or glue. Material

The ribs are made of a high-density composite core and the felt backing is a stable and high quality rPET. Both materials are from stable, effectively resist moisture up to 100% relative humidity and withstand large temperature variations from -40 ° C to + 100 ° C.

High tech surface

The real wood veneer is treated with a synthetic resin and an outer PVDF film that protects against moisture and temperature changes. The PVDF film also protects against the accumulation of organic growth and dirt from air pollutions and makes the surface maintenance-free.

For wet rooms and outdoor

With a ventilated installation, Lamellow Spa can be used on walls or ceilings, in wet rooms or outside under roofs. The panels are approved for direct water splashes.

Veneer and felt combinations

Available with Bamboo or Artisan Oak veneer and three vibrant shades of grey for the acoustic felt, all with a lovely natural wool appearance.

Technically improved veneer

The ribs come with a real wood veneer improved with a synthetic resin and an outer PVDF film. This unique surface treatment protects the veneer against moisture, the accumulation organic growth and dirt from air pollutions. A maintenance-free surface.

Acoustic Felt

The sturdy 9 mm thick Acoustex felt is made from minimum 50% post-consumer recycled PET bottles and is Oeko-Tex certified. Available in three colours; Wool Grey, Dark Gray and Anthracite.

Acoustic felt

The ribs are attached to a 9 mm thick Acoustex felt which is made from a minimum of 50% post consumer recycled PET bottles. The felt is Oeko-Tex certified.

The acoustic felt is available in three shades of grey:
Wool Greay
Dark Grey
Anthracite

Depending on the colour of the acoustic felt backing, the overall impression of the veneer and the finished surface will vary. As a result, there are many possible designs and colour combinations.

The slats are made of a dark brown high density composite core (27 mm x 10 mm). The core effectively resists moisture up to 100% relative humidity and enables the ribs to withstand large temperature variations from -40° C to + 100 °C.

Each panel consists of 15 pcs of 27 mm wide slats with 13 mm spacing.

Framing profile and vertical splicing

Lamellow Spa framing profiles for perfect edges in corners or as a nice finish on the panel wall. The framing profile can be used on the vertical sides of the panel and at the top of the panel. The framingprofiles give a nice finish to your wall. Used together with splicing felt on the side of the panel that does not have a protruding felt.

The edge profile is made of the same material as the ribs and with matching veneers.

The edge profiles are glued directly to the substrate and sealed with a wet room joint.

For eyes and ears

Absorption class D is achieved when the panel is installed directly in the wall or ceiling.
To achieve absorption class A (extremely absorbent), first line the wall or ceiling with 45 mm studs, 600 mm cc, and place 45 mm thick mineral wool behind the panels.
For a significant effect we recommend covering minimum 25% of the rooms surfaces.

The Lamellow Spa acoustic panels are simple and quick to mount, directly on any existing wall or ceiling. Depending on the total construction of the installation, sound absorption class A or D will be reached.

Install, directly on wall or ceiling. Depending on the sub-construction, screw or nail in the felt between the ribs or use glue. Use screws and nails in colours matching the felt.

Outdoor installations

Lamellow Spa can be used under a roof in exterior environments. Depending on the sub-construction, screw or nail in the felt between the ribs or use glue. Use screws and nails in colours matching the felt.

Sound absorbtion A

To achieve absorption class D (absorbent), install directly on the wall or ceiling.
To achieve absorption class A, line the wall with 45 mm bars, 600 mm cc, and place 45 mm thick mineral wool behind the panels.

VERTICAL OR HORIZONTAL

Lamellow Spa panels can be installed both vertically or horizontally.

Cut the acoustic panels to fit your wall or ceiling. Cut the slats with a sharp saw and the acoustic felt with a carpenter knife.
