Legia Stadium Cladded With Acoustic Absorption Panels
Gustafs have been part of the new sports venue design at Legia Stadium in Warsaw. We have produced and installed circa 950m² acoustic absorption panels with PG8 perforation in rotary cut birch veneer.
The New Legia Stadium in Warsaw is a four star football arena. The stadium was first completed back in 1927 but between 2008 and 2011 the stadium had a complete reconstruction. Only a small part of the old construction was preserved.
After the reconstruction the arena fulfils the strictest requirements of the Elite category for UEFA standards. The facility includes most modern technical base for press representatives, 12 professional gastronomic points available during matches, professional base for business visitors, museum, chapel etc.
