International Key Account Manager

Do you want to identify and lead large international architecture projects with our premium products that focus on design, acoustics, and fire safety? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

At Gustafs Scandinavia, we are now seeking an International Key Account Manager who is passionate about creating long-term profitable business relationships. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle – from engaging with architects in the specification phase to negotiations and finalizing deals with construction companies and contractors. Your role will be crucial to Gustafs’ continued international growth.

This position is for someone who thrives in an international environment, is experienced in long sales cycles, and has an eye for both business and aesthetics.

Your profile

We are looking for a highly driven and business-oriented sales professional with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. You have experience in complex project sales, preferably within the construction industry, and a good understanding of sales through the specification process.

Qualifications

– Several years of B2B sales experience, preferably within construction or interior design.
– Proven ability to manage complex projects and deals with long sales cycles.
– Understanding of specification sales through architects, designers, and technical consultants.
– Post-secondary education, preferably in engineering or a related technical field.
– Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus).
– Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office; experience with Bluebeam is an advantage.
– A structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented working style.

You are a business-minded relationship builder with a strong personal drive – you enjoy winning together and thrive in a professional yet unpretentious environment.

– Location: Stockholm or Gustafs.
– Travel: International travel required.
– Driver’s license: B-category required.
