N\u00e4r det \u00e4r f\u00e4rdigt kommer det att best\u00e5 av \u00e5tta byggnader som kommer att husera kontor, l\u00e4genheter, butiker, restauranger och ett 5-stj\u00e4rnigt hotell. Den f\u00f6rsta byggnaden som f\u00e4rdigst\u00e4lldes var Arbor, som \u00f6ppnade i februari 2023. Det \u00e4r en 18 v\u00e5ningar h\u00f6g kontorsbyggnad som beskrivs som &#8221;n\u00e4sta generationens kontorsbyggnad, utformad som ett nav f\u00f6r interaktion, kreativitet och inspiration&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>I byggnadens entr\u00e9del p\u00e5minner st\u00e5lstommar och tegelv\u00e4ggar om det industriella arvet p\u00e5 den plats d\u00e4r Bankside Yards \u00e4r byggt. F\u00f6r att addera mjukhet och v\u00e4rme till lokalen valdes Gustafs Linear Ribs som ett komplement till de mer r\u00e5a materialen.
