Monta\u017c liniowy \u017cebrowy – \u015bcienny<\/h2>\n\n

System instalacyjny Capax dla Linear RIB to przyjazna dla u\u017cytkownika aluminiowa kratka, oferuj\u0105ca niezawodno\u015b\u0107 monta\u017cu i doskona\u0142y efekt wizualny. Do monta\u017cu element\u00f3w blokuj\u0105cych nie s\u0105 potrzebne \u017cadne narz\u0119dzia. Dost\u0119pna jest wersja demontowalna, idealna, gdy wymagany jest dost\u0119p do system\u00f3w pomocniczych.<\/p>\n\n

Installation with insulation & Acoustex felt<\/h5>\n \n +<\/span>\n <\/div>\n

1.<\/strong>\u00a0Optional: First mount a framework of wooden battens to the wall with the help of a laser-level and spacers.<\/p>\n

2.<\/strong>\u00a0Mount the Capax profile BASE-W (1) every 600 mm.<\/p>\n

3<\/strong>. Install the 17 mm insulation material (3). Alternatively 45 mm insulation in combination with 28 mm thick wooden battens.<\/p>\n

4.<\/strong>\u00a0Install the Acoustex felt with some double sided tape to keep it in place during the installation.<\/p>\n

5.<\/strong>\u00a0Attach the Capax U-FIX clips (4) flush to the BASE-W profile (1) with demountable clips or permanent screws. This also holds the Acoustex in place permanently. Depending on the type of Acoustex you might need to hole punch the felt before inserting the demountable clips.<\/p>\n

6.<\/strong>\u00a0Twist the U-FIX clips 90\u00b0 into a perpendicular position to the BASE-W.<\/p>\n

7.<\/strong>Carefully attach the Ribs to the U-FIX clips by using a rubber hammer. Use a fixture, during this installation step G, to align the Ribs. If needed, carefully re-align by hitting the ends of the Ribs with a rubber hammer and using a wooden protection block.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
